Medical Marijuana Card Questions

FAQ's

Can a felon get a medical marijuana card in Montana

If you have been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor drug offense, your application will be denied.

Can I own a gun if I have a medical card in Montana?

Federal law prohibits anyone in any state from owning a firearm if they are an “unlawful user” of marijuana. Since federal law also prohibits all use of marijuana, it counts everyone who consumes it as an “unlawful user,” regardless of state law. Firearms dealers are not required to ask about medical marijuana use, however, and the medical marijuana card application does not ask about firearm ownership.

Can you get a medical card for anxiety in Montana

Montana residents suffering from anxiety can not apply for a medicinal marijuana card.
