Medical Marijuana Card Questions
Can a Texas resident get a medical card in Oklahoma

Can a minor get a medical card in Oklahoma

A medical marijuana minor patient license allows an individual under the age of 18 to legally possess, use, and grow medical marijuana and medical marijuana products in Oklahoma. These licenses will be in the form of an identification card.

Can nurses have a medical card Oklahoma

Unfortunately, no. Nurses are involved with direct patient care, and are, considered safety-sensitive workers.

Can Oklahoma teachers have a medical card

No. Some states, such as Colorado and Illinois, have enacted statutes specifically authorizing school personnel, including school nurses, to store, possess and administer medical marijuana to a license holder. However, in Oklahoma, there is not a current law authorizing school personnel to administer medical marijuana.

Can you get a medical card for anxiety in Oklahoma

Yes, anxiety is a valid condition for receiving your card.

Can you get a medical card while pregnant in Oklahoma

Doctors in Oklahoma are barred from recommending medical marijuana to women of “childbearing years” without first conducting a pregnancy test. Since licenses last two years, women will have to take — and likely pay for — pregnancy tests multiple times.
