The cost to apply with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority for registration for two years:
The license application fee is $100
For Medicaid/SoonerCare or Medicare enrollees, the license application fee is $20
Patients who provide proof of Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare enrollment or status as a 100% disabled veteran qualify for a reduced doctor’s fee. Please call 314-474-0055 to book and receive the discount
A reduced application fee of $20.00 will apply for 100% disabled veterans
A letter from the Veteran’s Administration or other federal agency listing the applicant’s disability status as 100% disabled must be submitted with the application to receive the discount.
Oklahoma does not limit the Medical Marijuana program to certain conditions. Approval is at the discretion of the physician. Oklahoma Patient Cards are good for 2 years.

SHORT-TERM LICENSES – A NEW SHORT-TERM, 60-DAY MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT LICENSE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR OKLAHOMA PATIENTS WHOSE PHYSICIAN RECOMMENDATION IS ONLY VALID FOR 60 DAYS. PATIENTS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A 60-DAY PHYSICIAN RECOMMENDATION FORM, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBPAGE, AND SELECT THIS LICENSE TYPE IN THEIR ONLINE APPLICATION. THE LICENSE APPLICATION FEE WILL BE $100 OR $20 FOR PATIENTS WHO QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNT.
